Elevator Violations can be an arduous task for anyone not well-versed in the process. Fortunately, RVS Elevator’s violation team of highly qualified and certified technicians is prepared to help resolve your violations by making the appropriate elevator repairs and performing testing. More importantly, the RVS Elevator Violation team has the knowledge and experience to help have your violations officially resolved and removed from the city’s public records.
dlm installations
A17.3-2015 is a retroactive code adopted by the State of Florida. This requires all elevators within the State of Florida to be in compliance with the above code by December 31, 2023. A Door Lock Monitoring (DLM) system monitors the position and state of the elevator doors and removes the power from the elevator in the event of a faulty of bypassed door circuit.
